  1. Monday -Drinking day. You can drink kefir as well as warm broth, preferably unsalted.

  2. Tuesday -Vegetable Day. The menu includes all kinds of vegetable salads with the obligatory presence of cabbage, celery. Dressing - vegetable oil with balsamic vinegar.

    • Breakfast - salad of cabbage and tomatoes (2 pcs. ) With herbs.
    • Lunch - salad of cucumbers and broccoli, with celery and parsley.
    • Snack - two peppers.
    • Dinner - salad of tomatoes, white cabbage and peppers with herbs.
  3. Wednesday -Drinking day. You can repeat the menu from the first day or make changes to the drinking diet.

    • Breakfast - tea (150 ml) and milk shake (150 ml).
    • Lunch - chicken broth (200 ml).
    • Snack - kefir without fat.
    • Dinner is a glass of milk.
  4. Thursday- Fruit Day. The menu includes apples, pears, quinces, citrus fruits. Bananas and grapes are not allowed.

  5. Friday -Protein day. On this day, the body will be saturated with protein. The menu includes chicken, fish, eggs, beans, peas, seafood, kefir.

    • Breakfast - 200 g of boiled fish and 2 eggs.
    • Lunch - 120 g of boiled beans and a piece of boiled chicken (200 g).
    • Snack - milkshake.
    • Dinner is a glass of milk.
  6. Saturday -Drinking day. You can follow the menu on the first or third day of the diet.

  7. 7th day- final.

    Fruit and vegetable day. In addition, the menu should include vegetables and fruits that you ate at the beginning of the diet program. In fact, this day precedes the gradual exit from the diet. At this stage, your favorite diet allows you to include in the diet a light vegetable or grain soup or porridge.

    • Breakfast - green tea, 2 eggs.
    • Lunch - buckwheat soup - 300 ml.
    • Snack - apple or grapefruit.
    • Dinner - a salad of all kinds of vegetables with herbs and the addition of vegetable oil.

How to get out of your favorite diet?

My favorite diet is quite heavy. That is why it is necessary to pay the utmost attention to the correct way out of it. Otherwise, with a sharp return to the usual style of eating, the weight will return quite quickly. To avoid this, you need to follow simple rules:

  • during the first month you should eat only low-calorie foods to be as close as possible to the physiological rhythm to which the body is tuned during a recent diet;
  • refuse or reduce to an absolute minimum sweet pastries, any smoked meats, fatty, fried and starchy foods;
  • daily walking and light physical activity are recommended;

Important:The favorite diet can be applied again not earlier than three months.

7 days or 12?

If the diet is quite easy to tolerate, then you can apply the 12-day option. The food program consists of one-day monodiet, alternating with days for drinking. So on Monday, Wednesday and Friday drink yogurt or kefir in the amount you think is good. Remember to drink plain water. Thursday is a fruit day, Friday is a protein day (we eat whole chicken breasts), Saturday is again a day for drinking.

Days 7, 8 and 9 are protein days. You can eat boiled fish or chicken breast.

The last three days, from 10 to 12, do not fit into the usual schedule. A glass of wine is allowed throughout the day. Small sips of wine should be eaten with a piece of cheese (30 g).

Contraindications

Favorite diets, like many other diet programs, are not for everyone. First of all, it should be refused by people with diseases such as diabetes, kidney failure, heart problems, diseases of the liver and gastrointestinal tract.

Favorite diet is absolutely incompatible with the period of pregnancy and child nutrition.
